Veracruz is an urbanisation mainly composed of villas. It is located in the northwest area of Arroyo de la Miel. This urbanisayion is quite residential given its distance from the beach and good direct access to the A7 which leads to Malaga cente , the airport and Marbella etc. It is located fairly close to amenities, for some too far to walk but for others a swift walk not taking too long to get to the shops. Arroyo de la Miel train station is close by (20mins walk), which is a great advantage. Many properties benefit from sea views in this urbanisation given that the urbanistion is on a hill.
