We are normally able to offer a variety of penthouses and apartments for sale in Costaquebrada, Torrequebrada. Costaquebrada is composed of 2 phases. Phase 1 Costaquebrada was completed in aprox 2001 by Ferrovial and designed by the same architect as Puertomarina. Phase 2 Costaquebrada shortly followed aproximately 2002. Both phases are beachside i.e with the main road behind them and have access from the community gardens to a public path which leads to the beach. Between the Costaquebrada phases there is a nudist beach upon which some of the apartments look upon.
For apartments with a true beach front aspect which dont look upon the nudist beach one would have to select an apartment on the east side of phase 2 Costaquebrada or the mid section to west side of phase 1 Costaquebrada.It has to be said that this community is well maintained with reasonable community fees and lovely gardens. The blocks in Costaquebrada are only comprised of 3 to 4 floors with underground parking, its actually one of the more desirable beach front complexes in Benalmadena. Year of Build-Phase 1 2001-Phase 2 2002.
The location of Costaquebrada is rather nice because its away from the main tourist section and as a result the beaches here are tranquil and breathtaking with their cliffs and rocky bays and the sound of the waves clashes against them. Just outside there are bus stops to get around as well as a small comecial centre within walking distance and a large supermarket. The train station of Torremuelle is also closeby and connects to Malaga and the airport.
