La Pinta apartments can be found on the far east section of the Tres Carabelas community. La Pinta is also a beachfront community and again just like La Niña does not offer direct beach access but also has a lovely community swimming pool and gardens that over look the sea. La Pinta apartaments are closer to the comercial centre than La Niña and Santa Maria and hence hold a more practical position for distance to amenities. One of the blocks in La Pinta faces South South East whereas the other South South West. Underground parking and storage rooms are usually available to apartments in La Pinta.
