LAS ISLAS – DESCRIPTION OF PENTHOUSES & APARTMENTS

Las Islas in Puerto Marina means the Islands, and that is a true description of what they are. Las Islas are surrounded by water and moorings. Access is via small gated bridges. We can normally offer a range of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments and penthouses for sale in Las Islas. The penthouses for sale in Las Islas tend to be duplex i.e have 2 levels with the benefit that the higher level has independent access to the roof terrace and pool. Parking in this urbanisation is at sea level and again the parking spaces are independent properties in themseleves and are not always sold with each apartment in Las Islas. This urbanisation has to be one of the more superior complexes in Puerto Marina, they have roof top terraces and community pool with bbq areas and plenty of private areas for sun bathing with 360 degree views around the marina.
The interior of las Islas are quite distiinct, very personalised and even the hallways are furnished with sculptures , paintings furniture giving Las Islas a specially unique feel.

Dos Mares in Puerto Marina is located just adjacent to Palacio del Poniente. This community holds somewhat larger apartments for sale. Normally we can offer a range of 2 and 3 bed apartments for sale in Dos Mares (Puerto Marina). In this urbanisation there is also a roof top community pool with superb beach and sea views! The terraces from this urbanisation often are generous and benefit from very nice views. In Dos Mares there is underground parking but these are individual properties and not all apartments may be sold with parking. This urbanisation does have a lift.

In this community we can normally offer 2 bed apartments for sale in Palacio de Poniente (Puerto Marina), some of which face westerly towards the beach of Santa Ana, therefore gaining afternoon sun. Other apartments in palacio Poniente fac east towards the marina.  In addition, there is the most wonderful inifinity pool on the roof top of this complex.There are lift available in this building only with certain portals.  Some apartments are sold with underground parking included which tend to be lock up garages. These garages are separate properties and are very sought after.

Darsena Levante is the community which lies directly above the promenade of the marina. It also lies on top on the comercial units within the marina, this fortunately gives these apartments a very nice view overlooking the yachts and marina, the views are often superior to that of Pueblo Marinero. Being on top of the comercial units to some has its draw backs but the orientation and views are better than most other apartments in marina when relative price-views are concerned. Darsena Levante carries an intermediate price tag within the marina. Again similar to Pueblo Marinero there is no lift, parking or pool. We can normally provide a range of apartments for sale in Puerto Marina – Darsena Levante, these include 1, 2 and 3 bed units. Observations: Currently No Lift , No Pool,No Community or Underground Parking.

PUEBLO MARINERO – DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENTS AND PENTHOUSES

Pueblo Marinero, also known as Pueblo Mediterraneo is a community within Puerto Marina located on the furthest eastern point of the Marina. This community is white in colour and has a moorish style architecture. The community itself has a comercial zone in the lower floors meaning that the apartments are set on top of these premises. We normally offer apartments for sale in Pueblo Marinero (Puerto Marina) which are studios, 1, 2 and 3 bed units. Terraces tend to vary in size and sometimes can be quite generous. Pueblo Marinero is one of the more economical communities within Puerto Marina. The apartments are relatively generous in space, and located very close to the Torremolinos border giving great access to the beach promenade and countless choice of seafood restaurants nearby. Pueblo Marinero was originally built with no lifts in place but progress is being made to try to install them. Fortunately there are very few floors , only 2 to 3 levels. There is no community pool but one has the beach so closeby. Parking needs to be on the street or within the townhalls parking areas. Observations:No Pool,No Community or Underground Parking.
